According to Comic Booka Sony Pictures postponed once again the premiere of ‘Bullet train’director’s action film David Leitch (‘Deadpool 2’).
Scheduled for July 15, the feature starring Brad Pitt (‘Once Upon a Time In… Hollywood’) will hit the big screen on 29 of the same month.
The change leaves the action film at the pace of dispute at the box office against two titles: the animation of Paramount ‘Blazing Samurai‘ and the comedy ‘Vengeance’which marks the directorial debut of B.J. Novak (‘The Office’).
Both debut in July, 22.
Originally, ‘Bullet Train’ was supposed to be released on April 8, along with ‘Sonic 2 – The Movie’, but Sony had changed the date to July precisely to avoid competition.
Previously, the studio released the first official images of the film.
based on the book Maria Beetle from Kotaro Isaka, The plot follows five assassins who find themselves on a moving bullet train going from Tokyo to Morioka, with only a few stops along the way. They discover that their missions are unrelated, but the question is, who will make it off the train alive and what awaits them at the final station?
