‘The Crystal Girls’a new Spanish thriller drama, has finally arrived in the catalog of Netflix.
The title has been released today, April 08, on the platform streaming.
In ‘The Crystal Girls’After the National Classical Ballet star commits suicide, Irene is selected to take her place in the company’s biggest ballet production: Giselle. Now the target of all the jealousy and cruelty of her peers, Irene finds a friend in the new dancer, Aurora, a lonely teenager dominated by her mother. Isolated and pressured by the sacrifice involved in successful dance, Irene and Aurora’s relationship becomes increasingly close – and obsessive. Together, they create their own world, free from the expectations of others, and run away in search of themselves.

The film is directed by Jota Linareswho also signs the script alongside Jorge Naranjo.
Maria Pedraza, Mona Martinez, Marta Hazas, Ana Wagener and others star in the production.
