The actors developed a strong friendship during the filming of ‘Lost City,’ with that, Bullock believes he won’t be watching ‘Magic Mike 3‘, because he finds it strange to see his colleague doing striptease, even though he loved the other films in the series.
“You know what? I loved the movies. I loved it, even. And I really loved the second one. I guess now that I know Tatum, I don’t know if I’ll be comfortable watching. It’s going to be weird because you were someone else when I watched the movies, and now that I know you ‘normally’, it’s going to be weird to see you do those things that you do.”Sandra Bullock told the actor.
‘Magic Mike’s Last Dancand’ has the return of Steven Soderbergh (‘Kimmi’) in the direction and from Channing Tatum as a protagonist. The feature still does not have a premiere date set, and will be an exclusive production of the streaming service of the HBO Max.
The first ‘Magic Mike‘ was the highest-grossing film of Soderbergh’s career: it cost just $7 million and grossed $167 million worldwide. The sequence, ‘Magic Mike XXL‘, made $122 million worldwide.
