According to Deadline, Sigourney Weaver (‘Aliens: Rescue’) will star in the series ‘Alice Hart’s Lost Flowers‘, which is being developed by Amazon Prime.
The production is based on the homonymous book by Holly Ringland.
In the plot…
“Alice Hart is a young woman whose violent childhood darkly marks her adult life. After a family tragedy in which she loses her abusive father and loving mother, 9-year-old Alice goes to live with her grandmother (Weaver) on a flower farm, where she learns that there are many dark secrets about her and her family’s past.
The cast will still have Alycia Debnam-Carey, Alyla Browne, Leah Purcell, Asher Keddie, Frankie Adams, Alexander England, Tilda Cobham-Hervey, Sebastian Zurita e Charlie Vickers.
The script will be Kirsty Fisher e Kim Wilsoncom Sarah Lambert taking over as showrunner.
Glendyn Ivin will be responsible for directing all episodes.
Still without a premiere date, the production will have seven chapters.
