Man, who had been on the run since 2022, is appointed as chief of a legal faction in Porto Alegre
A 39-year-old man was arrested in Capão da Canoa, on the north coast, on suspicion of main a legal group that dedicated a sequence of murders in Rio Grande do Sul. In accordance with the Civil Police, the suspect ordered the executions and adopted the crimes in actual time by way of video calls. He had been on the run since March 2022, when he allegedly ordered the homicide of two rivals from different factions, however one in every of them survived regardless of being shot.

The suspect has at the very least 11 murders in his legal file, along with different offenses equivalent to drug trafficking, bodily hurt and unlawful possession of a weapon.
