Minister Cármen Lúcia, of the Federal Supreme Court docket (STF), rejected, this Wednesday (24), the annulment of the choice that condemned the previous prosecutor of Operation Lava Jato Deltan Dallagnol to indemnify President Luiz Inácio in R$ 75 thousand Lula da Silva within the “powerpoint case”. The rejection of the annulment occurred for procedural causes if it didn’t even assess the deserves of the request.
In 2016, then head of the Lava Jato job power, Dallagnol gave a powerpoint presentation to accuse Lula, who was being investigated by the operation, of main a felony group.
